The Community Weekly was first published in the spring of 1988. The paper was mailed as one edition to 12,000 homes in Midlothian, Virginia, a suburb of Richmond. The paper has grown steadily to its current circulation of over 163,400 homes in 12 separate geographical editions. We are mailed to Chesterfield, Western Henrico and Powhatan.

And, as in our very first edition in March 1988, we offer FREE Classifieds for readers who would like to buy and/or sell various personal items. The Community Weekly's mission is "to be a moneymaker for advertisers, loved by readers, and a positive influence in our community."

In addition to FREE Classifieds for readers, The Community Weekly also features important weekly news on the area's non profit groups, school connections, county government and of course 100's of local businesses who advertise their products and services!

DEADLINES for The Community Weekly are 2 weeks in advance of every Tuesday delivery. Deadlines are Wednesdays by 5pm.
